This project is promising the highly integrated area with new prosperous times as guided by the prepared analysis, urban design, and transportation solutions. The analysis focuses on learning the significance of the place and the challenges it is facing. Land uses are analyzed in light of the local needs. The new transportation solution reduces the impact of the through traffic and supports the existence of pedestrians. In the end, this project is promising an enormous number of job opportunities, learning chances, and recreational grounds. In addition, it is uplifting commerce and business in the area making it a new destination for many inhabitants of the city of Amman.
