I have been asked by friends to create plans for their house which they planned
to renovate. The house was built in the 1970s as an architect's residential.
Afterwards, it was used as a hostel and finally it became a private proprety again.
The existing plans where nowhere up to date, so I had to take new measurements
and draw the plans in a CAD software.
The plans only needed to be rough and on a small scale,
just enough for the architect to try out some designs.
All exterior areas where left out of renovations, so there was
no need to draw plans of them.

In addiditon to drawing plans, I have been asked to create a 3d model which I could give to the architect for visualization purposes.
I used this model afterwards to try out the features of Twinmotion.
All exterior areas have been modified in order to have some environment
around the house.
I used the low-specs configuration of Twinmotion (Ooooooold Hardware) and no
post-production in an image editor.
Keeping that in mind, I think the result is not bad at all.
