这是一个关于设计语义教学的模拟项目,该项目和北京邮电大学数字媒体与艺术学院工业设计系的本科课程产品设计语义课程结合,意在训练学生的产品识别设计分析能力和产品设计语义应用能力,我作为校外教学人员参与其中并主导整个课程。
dyson公司的主要产品都以气流为背景展开研发,因此我们将模拟项目定义为带有风扇的驱蚊器设计,利用低功耗风扇加速驱蚊液挥发,使得驱蚊器可以由电池供电,驱蚊器由此具备了便携移动的属性。
经过调查研究,一组学生确定以室外餐厅为目标场景,确定驱蚊器的使用必须不影响顾客就餐,同时方便快速更换电池,电池在充电时必须尽可能节省空间。在餐桌闲置时驱蚊器应停止工作,以便减少电池不必要的消耗。
基于以上几点要求,我尝试设计了一款可以吸附在餐桌下面的驱蚊器,当设备吸附在餐桌下面时自动开始工作,服务员可在餐桌无人就餐时取下设备放置于桌面。电池可以方便取下,并将所有电池摞在一起进行充电。当然,这些工作都是在dyson设计语义框架下完成的。课程仍在进行中,学生们的设计方案也同样值得期待。

This is a simulation project about design semantic teaching. The project is combined with the product design semantics course of the undergraduate course of the Department of Industrial Design of the School of Digital Media and Art, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and is intended to train students' product identification design analysis ability and product design semantic application ability , I participated as an outside teaching staff and led the entire course.
The main products of dyson are developed on the background of airflow. Therefore, we define the simulation project as a mosquito repellent design with a fan. The low-power fan is used to accelerate the volatilization of the mosquito repellent, so that the mosquito repellent can be powered by a battery. The mosquito device thus has the attributes of being portable and mobile.
After investigation and research, a group of students determined that the outdoor restaurant was the target scene, and that the use of the mosquito repellent must not affect the customer's dining, and that it is convenient to quickly replace the battery. The battery must save as much space as possible when charging. The mosquito repellent should stop working when the dining table is idle to reduce unnecessary battery consumption.
Based on the above requirements, I tried to design a mosquito repellent that can be adsorbed under the dining table. When the device is adsorbed under the dining table, it will automatically start to work. The waiter can remove the device and place it on the table when no one is dining at the table. The battery can be easily removed, and all the batteries can be stacked together for charging. Of course, these tasks are all done under the dyson design semantic framework. The course is still in progress, and the students’ designs are also worth looking forward to.
