Subvertisement project.

Subvertising is the practice of making spoofs or parodies of corporate and political advertisements. 

Below each subvertisement is a caption with a short explanation. All QR codes are fully functional.
Nike - exploitation of workers being paid under living wage and use of suppliers known for encouraging slave labour, as well as child labour.
Sprite - their association with cough medicine to form the drug 'lean', how this is supported / encouraged by Sprites repeated use of the word 'mix' in their advertising campaigns. 
Amazon - exploiting workers, making pregnant employees stand for as long as 10 hours a day.
BooHoo - failing to supply evidence that their factories in Lancashire pay above the living wage.
British Gas - fire & re-hire scandal.
Facebook - private internal research which found Facebook and their child companies such as Instagram, made teens feel suicidal over issues such as body image.
Victoria Secret - multiple scandals all which are being hidden from the media.
US Government - pulling on Apples recognisable branding to draw attention and produce a social commentary on the issue of gun laws.
