This is a concept-dock which I made for the iPhone 5 and newer. Its design is based on a block of driftwood and contains a small and almost hidden audiosystem which is connected to an old fashioned Edison lightbulb.

 

Bringing it together with an iPhone and the appropriate App, it's a concept for a docking station

which can play your favourite music for wakeup, combined with an slightly increasing light for a gentle wakeup.

 

The controls for light, volume and the phonesupport are made of ceramic,

as it is also used for the socket of the lightbulb.
