Mosaic Medical is a non-profit health care provider with a mission “to serve the whole patient—addressing physical, social and cultural needs—regardless of age, ethnicity or income.”

However, despite the cadre
of excellent physicians and staff, and great facilities, much of the public viewed Mosaic’s mission disparagingly, seeing the organization as a provider of “clinic care” for the disadvantaged. In order to remain viable, Mosaic needed to reverse the negative perceptions and redefine its voice in a manner that would encourage more insured patients to reach for Mosaic Medical for their health care needs.

The solution: A logo and supporting visual and verbal language that openly and proudly reminds us that we’re all interwoven strands in a larger fabric, that we can help others by choosing Mosaic for our health care needs, and that each of us deserves a chance to thrive.
