One of the projects in my academy devoted time to heraldry. The task was to design a coat of arms of my own family and a guidline based on it.

The first step before creating any coat of arms are analytics. I looked after biographies of the plenty people in my family to find out their kinds of activity, places of living and interesting life facts.

Results were used to pick up an appropriate herald symbol to each part of coat of arms. I chose these ones: Spanish basic shield, black wolf (victory on a greedy enemy), black raven (wisdom and longevity), silver eagle (king of the sky, reference to Poland) hand with a bow (early Kyiv coat of arms). Silver clased helmet means that the most people in family were townsmen.

The slogan ribbon contains words: "Idea. Target. Result" (lat. "Concept. Destinata. Resultas.").
