The project is located on the territory and in the buildings of the "Radiopribor". Time is changing the landscape of the city: the era of industrialization has passed, and cities no longer need factories and their infrastructure. To demolish or to fit? - the most urgent question that modernity poses to objects of this kind. The global need for smarter use of resources obliges us to make a choice in favor of rethinking and reuse. The responsibility of the architect is that it is he who integrates new functions into the existing shell, and the objects themselves into the urban fabric.
Shopping center - the face of our time. One of the main purposes of this project was to construct the building that will have a possibility to change its faces through years, to change its function.
Have you ever wondered how long your building will age?
In addition to the main function (which, at the moment, is shopping) sports, and gyms, children's play complexes, as well as a large garden farm were introduced into the project.
The main facade of the old building was saved, other bricks were replaced and reused for other elements of the mall.
