This is a exploration of the Trajan typeface I did for a university project. We were given a typeface and we had to do a study of its history, use, and font pairings, etc. Trajan is a very bold and classic feeling typeface, so I based my designs on an art deco style. I limited myself to only using illustrations for my designs as I felt that a more illustrated feel would fit the style I was going for better, and felt photos would be more of a limitation than a helpful element.
