Stranger & Stranger commissioned Steven Noble to create an illustration based similarly to Da Vinci’s “anatomical man” that includes a portrait of Virginia Maria Lambrix for the VML wine label. The winery is located in Northern California in the Dry Creek valley and was rendered in a scratchboard woodcut/engraving style.
