CYBER LACRIMOSA

We want to share with you a special personal project done by our talented team member - Anton. He did this design for a client, who currently is living in California but was looking for a long time for an artist that can create a Villa in a movement of Parametric & Bionic Architecture.

The style that he was going for is Cyber-Renaissance. What can be spotted with an eye of a high brow is widely used history of art citations but with a little bit of spice. There are Botticelli accents next to the planet-chandelier hanging over the main sitting area or antique sculptures with neon and gold sparks.

As you can imagine, everything has its purpose of being in this space. For example, two chairs in a form of big hands are a representation of God's hands. God's inspiration is everywhere and refers to the client's love for Gothic churches.

The aesthetic of Renaissance is depicted by Boticelli Primavera painting, mentioned before.

Also, the client loves to call himself Narcissus and he genuinely adores this part of him so the artist put the statue group in the living room one of which has golden spikes on it. It screams to the viewer: Look at me but don't ever touch

The most important thing about the project is that all furniture was designed by the artist, as well as lights and tapestry. The interior design technique used here is called minimalistic-maximalism.

This is a visualisation of a real villa currently under construction in Los Angeles.

Artist didn't forget about the bathroom. The place where you can perform ablution in a golden transparent bathtub underneath violet crystal cloud chandelier is named Digital Baptism.
