Seasonal Promotional Campaign 2021
Each winter we do a promotion to attract new potential residents to our homes. This year instead of using a Christmas message, we wanted to use more of a seasonal campaign so that it can run into January. It allows us to then think of new campaigns for the new year without the promotional campaign loosing its touch.
Due to the fact we have not had a photoshoot since pre-covid, I needed to find suitable shutterstock models that looked like real residents but also none that are too popular so everyone across the industry would use the same model. We want it to look like a real photo rather than a shutter stock image.
I needed to create banners for the 21 websites, a promotional page (both desktop and mobile),
PVC banners outside all 21 homes, post office posters and posters for the CSA's to
place around the community. This was all needed to be done in 2 weeks.
