Since January 18, 2007, victims and their families of gross human rights violations have been taking action wearing black clothes and attributes. They demand the state's responsibility in resolving serious human rights cases in Indonesia, such as the Semanggi I, Semanggi II, Trisakti tragedies, the 13-15 May 1998 Tragedy, Talangsari, Tanjung Priok and 1965 Tragedy.
