I spend last summer in Paris with my siblings...
and I soon began to feel that it was gonna be a very special summer.

My brother Louis knows all of these charming places in Paris and my sister Agnès loves to walk and be amazed also so we explore most of Paris together.
I have a really good friend, Ana who lives in Finland but we met in the Netherlands in Nijmegen, a lovely little town south of Amsterdam. We used to travel together with our friends back in Mexico when we were teenagers, but it was our first time traveling just the two of us and it was pretty amazing to reconnect by exploring new places.
My sister is studying cinema and she's working as a babysitter with this amazing family who invited us to their château in Donzy right in the middle of France. We spend her birthday there and we made her a delicious chocolate cake.
Magui was traveling through Europe and she stayed with me and my brother for a couple of days. And then Ines came by to Paris and we explore the city together.
I was really amazed by all the green spaces this city has and all kind of activities and urban magic spots.
Then Louis, Agnès and I traveled to the south of France into Provence, to Forcalquier where our grandparents used to live. We went to the market and to pay a visit to
Beau-Papa on the cemetery (our grandfather who died last december) and her sister Geneviève who lives in a retirement home there. It's always very rich and interesting to go back to you roots and discover new things about yourself.
From there we rented a car and we went to Northern Italy, to Rapallo. Louis lived in Italy so he was the only one who speaks the language, he was like our tour guide. It was our first road trip just the 3 of us and it was amazing. We discovered charming little beaches with great food, amazing landscapes and so much heat, focaccia and Aperol Spritz.

An uncle landed me his Leica and I shot one film roll in Paris and in Lyon where Suchil lives (she is one of my best friends since elementary school)
And in the last 3 weeks of my trip, I went to visit another one of my best friends, Monica who lives in Vienna and finally I finish in Reims where my cousin and his family just moved from Mexico.
I spend the last days just enjoying my family and this beautiful city, looking forward to live there and never getting tired of exploring it.
All the pictures were shot with my mirrorless Fuji x-t3 (and the first 3 up here) and the others were taken with the Leica.
