Woodland Wares is a brand that offers sustainable Lunch Boxes for children. We were invited to redesign their existing product to improve ergonomics and functional features. Now, it has a single locking clip in the front which makes it easier to manage by kids, rounded corners, and a sturdy hinge. We have redesigned the interior with more and better divisions for different food types.
The product is made of PLA + bamboo, a compostable material that can be 100% biodegradable in the correct environment. The silicone piece attached to the top lid allows hermetic closure and is also removable for cleaning after each use, but also removable for future recycling.
