CGI - BKF CHAIR
(a.k.a. Butterfly Chair)
This CGI project is a tribute to the BKF chair. The BKF chair was created in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1938. It was designed by architects Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan and Juan Ferrari. They had been working with Le Corbusier and they were part of Grupo Austral.
The chair is commonly known as "the butterfly chair" due to it's shape. This prompted the idea of playing with the butterflies flying around the chair and the subtle reminiscences between them.
