About Branding

Branding for a development company building premium villas based on unique architectural projects on the island of Bali (Indonesia). Developed: font logo NUSA arsitektur, brand concept with company identity and use of the brand idea in various conditions and media

Positioning

The target audience of the project is dynamic and cosmopolitan successful businessmen, company owners from 30 to 45+ years old, who strive for the most comfortable rest and seclusion on the island of Bali, with the opportunity to combine leisure and work trips outside the island. Location and innovation are important to these people.

About logo development

The idea of creating a type logo originates from the name of an area in the south of Bali (Nusa Dua), with elite apartments, luxury hotels and a beach, a popular destination for tourism, recreation and kite surfing.


The basis of the logo is the geometric font Neue Machina, which is modified in the word “NUSA”, the logo descriptor is typed in the original font. This headset is distinguished by the rigor of geometric shapes, which is mainly found in luxurious modern villas.

NUSA arsitektur branding uses three colors that are associated with the premium quality, quality and durability of the materials used in the construction of villas on the islands.
