Samurai in Outerspace

Send some samurai into space and everything goes crazy. Harikiri included. This cooperative multiplayer game requires agility and teamwork. 

The project was heavily inspired by Joust, my favourite game from the arcade aera. Being the first project at the ZHDK, it immediately confronted me with my love for saturated colors and contrast. Not ready to trade in either for clarity, I studied other options for contrast and managed to convince the initially sceptical tutors.
