The concept of reconstruction of a building in Chernyakhovsk
The 1905 building is located at the intersection of Komsomolskaya and Telman St.
in Chernyakhovsk, Kaliningrad region.
In 2011, the residential building was classified as a cultural heritage site.

Reconstruction concept is the conversion into a 25-room hotel with retail on the ground floor.
The developer is willing to preserve the original architectural appearance, therefore, great care has been taken to accurately recreate the building’s elements.
