“Art Nouveau & Symbolism Mash-Up”

 

My creation on Art Nouveau and Symbolism mash-up is combinations of everything I have learn from Digital Illustration I. From photography, mix painting brush techniques, to masking the image and much more. I have incorporated my cousin Erika David into the women symbol that they mostly use in most of all the Art Nouveau work, from the floral framing, upside down crescent moon, and to the form of the body figure of the person in the illustration. The pieces of symbolism is the halo behind her head, the church below her torso, and last the black dark wings. Giving off a Symbolism-Moreau Goth and evil look into it but with a bright and floral point of view of Art Nouveau-Mucha makes this the perfect combination.
