Cinematic, evocative, and wickedly experimental, Robbie Vonn's debut EP “Hopeless Memories” ranges from the most sonic elements of glitchy electronic textures to the purest sound of cellos and flamenco guitars. The concept behind the EP is captured on the artwork, where a head is broken into pieces representing memories, fading away and sorrow, and from which a little girl arises as a reminder of strength and endurance. A glowing butterfly –title of the first track– illuminate the broken pieces with light and hope.
