Scaring Children (Lasten pelottelu)
A virtual visit -project our class did for The Finnish Literature Society (Suomalaisen kirjallisuuden seura) in spring 2020. My task was to come up with a creative way to showcase old recordings of the many tales parents and elderly used to scare kids in to behaving well. I wanted to create this mini game that I illustrated using Photoshop and Illustrator and animated using Adobe animate. The animations were programmed inside Animate with the help of my teacher. The audios for the full project were provided by another class.
Example scare. "When the children try to go outside after nightfall, they are scared off by telling them that the boogieman will come and eat you up". The audio is off for the portfolio.
