The city of Thaumaturgy-  Where nothing is perceived to be real but somehow one can imagine himself being fascinated to visit this miracle of a place. A place where all your dreams and thoughts are stored. A physical memory. A story to be unlocked only by the ones it belongs to, creating a symbiotic relationship with its visitor.

Paintings have always been considered as an act of therapy. 
Paintings don’t require form, space and order. No Rules. No regrets. 
Like John Maeda said “Art is a question to a problem, design is a solution to a problem” . 
Yet art is contextually limited .
Design is not.
I Think architecture is more like a painting , a sacred space for speculation and imagination. 
So how can we create a space with our imagination , delusion, creativity with the ever changing growing generation?
My project is based on the study of one such painting of Max Ernst , The fascinating Cypress . I studied that the painter’s temporal spatial dimensions and its projection in comparison to reality is different. Using the similar idea I tried to imagine the effects of this fascination of visual vernacular into the project.
