红头船从潮汕开始起锚驶向世界，
是广东潮汕人的重要象征。
红头船曾经是中国同世界各地
经济和文化交流的纽带，
也是各地华侨同祖国联系的纽带。
潮汕地区是红头船的故乡和始发地，
大多数潮汕先辈为了生存和梦想，
驾着红头船远渡重洋。
里巷是潮汕古老又年轻的城市往昔的缩影，
一个记忆深处的符号；
泡在里巷里，
品潮汕美食观潮汕建筑，
阅潮汕民俗，
让来到这里的人感受到往日的烟火气息，
及亲近温暖的归属感。

建筑是凝固的艺术，是历史的烙印。
在不同历史时代有着不同的风格的建筑，
汕头的建筑便是以潮汕传统建筑为根基，
并且在随着时代的发展中做到，
兼容并蓄、别具一格、独具韵味
形成了独特的潮汕建筑。
本主题街区分为三大主题区：
古寨古巷：提取潮汕古厝元素以及结合当地特色小吃风情街，感受时光的倒流，触摸到历史潮人的生活气息，品味历史余响。
西巷公园：通过潮汕当地巷子特色的小吃，零售，以传统与现代做结合，重现潮汕热闹的氛围。
汕埠老街:将潮汕中西结合的骑楼文化，与现代视听技术结合再现极具街巷的主题区域。

This theme block is divided into three theme areas:
Ancient Villages and Ancient Alleys: Extract the elements of Chaoshan ancient houses and combine with local specialty snack streets, feel the back of time, touch the life atmosphere of historical hipsters, and taste the echoes of history.
West Lane Park: Recreate the lively atmosphere of Chaoshan through the combination of tradition and modernity through snacks and retail with local alleys in Chaoshan.
Shanbu Old Street: Combining the Chaoshan Chinese and Western arcade culture with modern audio-visual technology to reproduce the theme area of the streets and alleys.
