Day 1:  The first day of preproduction was spent creating a pitch for the project.  Mockumentaries have been a favorite sub-genre of mine for years, and I've more recently come to love the slasher sub-genre.  Naturally, I sought to combine the two in my semester project.  I calculated my costs with the amount of gasoline I'll be spending to get to and from my shooting and editing locations, as well as leeway for props since most of my equipment would be on loan from my University.
Day 2: Day 2 was spent writing my script for the project.  While writing, my original lead was unable to participate in as dedicated a role as my main character Coach.  This came out to be a positive, as now I changed Coach to a woman.  This impacted her character and her motivations which was an element my original idea was lacking.  
Day 3: Day 3 was shooting the "talking head" scene with with my second-cast lead.  Because this was supposed to be the personal asides that lead into the remainder of the film, we chose a personal location.  I chose to film in her dorm-room with a multi-cam setup.  
Day 4: Day 4 was spent shooting non-lead actors in the classroom scenes.  For actors I enlisted the help of my colleagues in Valdosta State's Honors College.  We planned to meet after an Honors Student Association meeting in the Honors House's dining room.  
Day 5: Day 5 was spent shooting my original lead's parts for the classroom scenes.  At this point I had decided to use whip-pans to connect the shots of her to the students talking.  I felt that the whip-pan gave the feeling that the students' responses were natural and aggressive interjections to Coach's lesson plan.   
Day 6: Day 6 was the day that the biggest wrench was thrown into the works of my project.  Due to some personal
