Analysis of the Point Breeze neightborhood in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania has led to the understanding that no matter what changes NEED to occur in this neightborhood, they will not be successful unless the community supports them.
This wall is filled with colored squares that each represent the areas the COMMUNITY feels needs to change first. The community is able to interact with the wall; replacing and removing the squares as they see fit.
They're progress is then illuminate by the sun on the ground and it is constantly changing and evolving.
