This project explores the nuances of the Romanian elementary textbook used for teaching reading and writing. It visually represents the evolution of individuals' writing skills, starting from their initial experiences with writing to their present abilities. The study involves a collective exercise where participants transcribe a text from the elementary textbook in two distinct ways. The first transcription serves as a recollection of their initial handwriting experiences, while the second reflects their current personal writing styles. In this exercise, each letter of the alphabet in the textbook is represented by a person whose first name begins with the corresponding letter in alphabetical order.
