Cleverconnect: the smart career site

This product represents a major stake for Cleverconnect because it was declined for a very important customer: Leroy Merlin. This work involved an in-depth study of the different application paths that exist on the market.

My thinking must have been from both the candidate's point of view and that of the employer brand. Each of these actors has its specificities: there are several types of candidates and several types of recruiters.Indeed, the candidate has multiple profiles depending on his navigation medium (smartphone, computer) and his objectives: apply for an offer, send his spontaneous application or be on standby.

Whatever his medium and his background, a solution to pass to the application form is proposed to him.For his part, the recruiter can have several profiles: few or many brands, locations, jobs, more or less offers depending on the job and / or location.

Depending on these criteria, it is necessary to adapt the application process, and I had the opportunity to model the very many possibilities.

My thinking must have been from both the candidate's point of view and that of the employer brand. Each of these actors has its specificities: there are several types of candidates and several types of recruiters. Indeed, the candidate has multiple profiles depending on his navigation medium (smartphone, computer) and his objectives: apply for an offer, send his spontaneous application or be on standby. Whatever his medium and his background, a solution to pass to the application form is proposed to him.

For his part, the recruiter can have several profiles: few or many brands, locations, jobs, more or less offers depending on the job and / or location.Depending on these criteria, it is necessary to adapt the application process, and I had the opportunity to model the very many possibilities.

I was asked to:
- Create the best user experience with a simple and high-quality application process to differentiate yourself from market players.
- Offer a complete solution to the employer brand.
- Offer different solutions to the candidate according to his type of navigation (desktop / mobile, candidate in a hurry, without CV, etc.), with a sober design, which can be industrialized for other clients fairly quickly if necessary. So I created a path in the form of a tunnel, primarily designed for several user profiles and flexible according to the recruiter's different configurations.

The tunnel leads the user to a final action allowing him little to get out or go back.
Among the sites that have adopted the intelligent career site such as Leroy Merlin (https://recrute.leroymerlin.fr/) and Linedata (https://career.linedata.com/), we can therefore see significant differences in routes and access to these routes.

From the homepage of each of its sites on desktop, you can access the / find-job-vacancies page which leads to different paths (CV upload, direct access to vacancies and path by location with a finite list for Linedata or path by location or domain for Leroy Merlin)
The design of this search for offers was mainly thought of mobile first for simplified navigation and adapted to all media, and meeting digital accessibility requirements (widget to increase the size of fonts, modify the contrasts).

The site was designed with two colors, each with a different degree of importance (bright color for the main action vs. more neutral color for the secondary action). However, some customers preferred to use only one color, to be consistent with their graphic charter.More and more customers are adopting this product and are telling us about their satisfaction, especially with the better quality of applications received and the productivity gain compared to their old solutions.
