Which one is the best place to get female job?

i am facing an issue with my all female collogue actually i was looking for the best opportunity that offer part time job facility for better live. I have searched a lot of companies but no one is ready to give me their best way. But now i am reached to that position where some one have suggested me about the 여성알바 that is the best in Korea.

But i am not sure i am little bit confused about that because i have to no idea i just listen the rumors about this company. Could you please suggest me with your best possible experience and recommendations. Also if you found any better organization than this then i will surely be very thank full to you.
