About Đàn Cá Nhỏ

Đàn Cá Nhỏ is an interactive Fine Art class for kids. With the belief that Fine Art is the key to helping kids expand their knowledge, creativity, and self-discovery, by seven unique methods in the curriculum, which are based on the development of language skills, awareness skills and fine motor skills at each age as the foundation for their future improvement.

In the progress of kids' development, the period between the ages of 4 and 12 is when their thinking is strongly developed, their habits are formed and they are directly influenced by the external environment.

Concept / "The Art piece of growing up."

In terms of the all-round development, each kid is a “masterpiece”, and Đàn Cá Nhỏ is a companion on their voyage to gather the “Art pieces” in their early steps, to explore and collect the “little” pieces that will build a sturdy life-long asset for the future.

Typography

The Neue Metana font is refined, sharp corners are eliminated and replaced with rounded corners to create the kid-friendly feeling.The letters “a” and “g” are replaced with the handwriting letters used in school.

Color Palette

Apart from the main colours blue and yellow, using basic colours, which are familiar to kids, will support the element system.

Logo

The nine dots represent the nine ages of the kids, who are accompanied by Đàn Cá Nhỏ. The blue indicates the vastness of the journey of self-discovery, and the yellow brings the opposition, especially on a blue background, to depict a young, independent, confident, and enthusiastic individual. Furthermore, the dynamic logo used for four classes is divided by age.

Visualization / "dot" = "little"

The dot is the smallest element in the design, however, it is the basis which forms larger elements. Collecting a large number of dots will result in a strong future foundation.

Đàn Cá Nhỏ, which embraces seven various teaching approaches, is designed as a flying fish’s journey to discover the ocean. Đàn Cá Nhỏ suggests a variety of activities, from materials experiencing to skills like shaping, colour and layout skills, to allow kids to freely explore and express themselves.
