Since 1984, Harwood District has been on the rise in Dallas with over 5 million square feet of office, residential, and retail space within a park-like campus, and it turned to Conway+ to take the existing brand to the next level.
The cow logotype has always been a hallmark of the Harwood family, and this inspired Conway to build a new identity composed of a monogram to stay top of mind and be a symbol of growth and diversity.
Harwood District was growing in popularity and approached Conway+Digital to help build a digital platform to forge direct communication channels with its existing community and maximize online reach to scale the brand.
