Belvédère yacht

This project is an essential definition of space. It brings to mind the idea of nature’s strength. Like erosion sculpts the cliffs, space is coming into the  aggressive mass of the boat, opening it wide to the sea.
Going further the simple idea of a deck stratification, the name of the project best defines its vocation : Belvédère. There is no point to make an overwhelming decoration here, but to build a frame that allows you to contemplate the outstanding environment you are crossing.
But what would be the suitability of such a project, bringing you to gaze at the sea, if it was not built to reduce as much as possible its mark on it ?
This is why Belvédère is powered by hybrid energy, combining diesel and solar power, that takes a big part in its functioning, thanks to a material called graphene. This brand new component can be shaped in the structure of the boat and stock a huge amount of energy. The solar panels arrangement is conceived to be an emblematic part of the design, as opposed to any additional structure. Solar panels are part of the rock. The cut mass of Belvédère reminds the cliffs of mediteranean coast. Its wheelhouse, stuck between the two hulls, accentuate the aggressive side of the design.
