A recreation of the 1960’s Ocean 11 film’s title sequence. Inspired by Saul Bass’ iconic style, and reinterpreted through a new lens. The incorporation of a countdown from 11 to 1 while listing the actors names acts as a narrative through line for the sequence. In-between the names are a variety of original, created assets that act as transitions and symbolize the setting of the Las Vegas strip. The animations work in tandem with the rhythm of the Jazzy melody “TANK!” by The Seatbelts to create a campy mid-20th century vibe that corresponds to the featured film.

The sequence was created using a combination of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
