The brief demanded the new construction to be integrated int the existing urban fabric. (an old parcel urban plan from 1920's 95% populated with houses in neoromanian and eclectic styles).

The house revolves around a central green and transparent core. A warm wood lamella skin outside, a transparent greenhouse skin inside lets vegetation grow everywhere. Vegetation lies around and in the center of the new building, giving privacy and at the same time an extended space for the family.
