Proposal
The overall goal of the project of Revitalization of this collective memory "Former Pioneer Camp", ensuring the improvement of the functional and structural conditions of the building based on contemporary norms and standards, to meet the needs of new functions in it.
The external facades of the building will be included in the intervention strategy, which will be carefully treated. The new camp aims to create a long and important presence by leaving traces in place and be a tourist attraction. Making a connection of the current function of the building as a hotel with the project of a thematic camp utilizing the benefits.
The existing facility is currently out of function, as it was built many years ago and the lack of maintenance has left it today in an abandoned and aggravated physical condition. Next week another project, more work more inspiring places.
