Palazzo, Hadley Wood
We helped our client to outperform a competitive market with a full scope off-plan marketing campaign for their new luxury residential property development.
Palazzo, aptly named from the Italian word meaning “Palace”, is located on the highly coveted Beech Hill, Hadley Wood EN4. The height of luxury, sophistication and design it’s comprised of five beautifully appointed, design-led lateral apartments and a Penthouse.
We created the brand story that would help place Palazzo as the go-to destination for discerning purchasers seeking a luxury home.
To create a flawless brand experience we collaborated with the interior designers to ensure the visual identity would be consistent with the interior design finishes.
To create a sense of occasion, the brochure was housed in a custom made presentation box and carry bag.
The brochure was printed using lay-flat binding to offer uninterrupted view of the spreads. We used a custom metallic spot colour to convey a rich, luxury aesthetic.
