Hermitage, Unspoken Revolution - Individual outcome
'Through Design we can change Stories'

The Hermitage Project is part of the 'Unspoken Revolution' studio, formed by the Interior Design BA (Hons) students of The CASS Faculty of Art, Architecture and Design, part of London Metropolitan University.

It encourages students to develop a sense of social responsibility. The project is in collaboration with Whitechapel Mission ‘Always the homeless first’, and BDG architecture + design.

The individual design outcomes aim to highlight, focus and punctuate the issues through materiality, action, haptic skills and meaningful imagery, in order challenge the public perception of homelessness.

The structure will be sited in The New Spitalfields Market on 12th and 13th December 2013.
