    This was an assignment by a client to produce a flyer for a church youth and their families for an internet safety lecture. I wanted to use a sans serif typeface, not a slab, however there was a need for basic hierarchy and so Arial Bold fit the requirement, a typeface perhaps even more generic than Helvetica. The required photo assets were provided by client request, but I chose a few flat icons to spice that up a bit. After wire framing dozens of compositions, a vertical (2-up) was chosen with a 4x8 grid aperture for design construction. For the body text, I chose another Sans Serif typeface, Myriad Pro Condensed. The color scheme, almost quite obviously, was inspired by Massimo Vignelli, (though Vignelli would be using Helvetica). Read Less
