O nome surgiu da junção das inicias de suas mães que, para eles, sempre foram fonte de inspiração, apoio e muito amor. O restaurante busca despertar sentimentos de afeto e aconchego através de suas saborosas refeições.

Dona Malú is a restaurant created by a young couple of entrepreneurs who saw in the pandemic a need to undertake to improve their quality of life. The name came from the combination of their mothers' initials who, for them, have always been a source of inspiration, support and a lot of love. The restaurant seeks to awaken feelings of affection and warmth through its tasty meals.

O laço entre mãe e filho é um dos mais fortes, desde criança temos muita admiração por nossas mães. Adoramos tanto nossa mãe que as vezes não conseguimos perceber seus erros, sempre vendo ela como pura, perfeita, quase que uma ''Santa'', foi daí que surgiu a inspiração nos vitrais e também a idéia da coroa, representando essa adoração e gratidão a nossa ''rainha'' que tanto amamos.
