crane remote radio control

The use of remote control in contemporary production processes expands crane functionalities and has a number of advantages:

1) distant control directly from a portable control panel;
2) freedom of movement for operators;
3) increased accuracy of load transportation and positioning;
4) increased labor productivity and safety;
5) removing operator cabins, thus reducing the overall crane price.
Inspiration

In order to achieve an ergonomic and durable design solution, the structure and operation method of SLR cameras, and military communication devices were determined as the origin of inspiration.
This crane remote radio control is designed to be ergonomic, safe, lightweight, and easy to use just by a thumb finger.
The product is equipped with a safety touch sensor that inactivates the device when the remote control drops accidentally. This function avoids any accidental crane movements.
In this design solution, various toggle switches in available samples have been redesigned in a way to ease operation and interaction. It comes with a magnetic stand to fix the device on the machine's metal parts.
