Background: The project in the year 2019-2020. The client is a well-known brand in the audio industry-Edifier. Since most of the consumers in the audio industry are men, with the increasing number of female consumer groups and the market for TWS headsets The prospects are getting wider and wider, and the client hope to make the brand's influence in the female consumer market increased through this design.

项目背景:这是2019-2020 的项目,客户是音频行业的知名品牌--漫步者。由于音频行业男性消费者居多,而随着女性消费群体在TWS耳机的市场前景越来越广阔,客户希望通过设计来帮助提高其品牌在女性消费市场的影响力。 

CMF is a very small part of industrial design. Its presentation has a great influence on the appearance of products. It is the appearance element that most affects consumers' perception, so it is also a very important part of industrial design. Color comes with different values ​​and gender distinctions of cultural background. The application of color not only brings brand recognition, but also helps brands create different grades and market distinctions. How to find the best balance between brand, product and users through design, and create a new female TWS headset brand tonality, so that consumers can recognize and remember the brand image, is a question I need to think about.

CMF作为工业设计的很小的一部分,它的呈现对产品外观影响很大,是最能影响消费者感知的外观元素,因此也是工业设计中很重要的一部分。色彩自带有文化背景的不同价值感和性别区分,颜色的应用不仅仅带给品牌识别度,也可以帮助品牌打造不同档次区分和市场区分。如何通过设计,在品牌、产品与用户之间找出最佳平衡点,打造一个新的女性TWS耳机品牌调性,让消费者能够识别与记忆品牌形象,是设计中我需要思考的问题。

In terms of color, I abandoned the old black and white tones of the brand, but adopted the elegant and advanced Morandi color system, adding moderate gray to the color tone as a neutral, so that the original ordinary black and white instantly became full of elegance. The high-grade gray tone texture brings a kind of visual balance and low-key, gentle emotional sublimation. Through the blend of color and emotion, to touch the hearts of girls.

在色调上,摒弃了品牌旧有的黑白色调, 而是采用雅致与高级的莫兰迪色系,
在颜色基调中加入适度的灰色作为中和,让原本普通的黑白色瞬间变成充满优雅高级的灰调质感,
带来一种视觉平衡及低调、温和的情感升华。
通过色彩与情感的交融,来打动女生们的内心。










In terms of craftsmanship, high-end imitation fine frosted technology is mainly used, and the high-quality frosted surface feels delicate and rich in texture, creating a high-quality product. The bright surface process is supplemented by contrast with the frosted surface, which enriches the process effect. The bronzing silk screen is used as an embellishment, reflecting the sense of light luxury.

工艺上,采用高档仿细磨砂工艺为主,优质的磨砂表层触感细腻富有质感,打造出产品的高品质感。
亮面工艺为辅,与磨砂面形成对比,丰富工艺效果。
用烫金丝印作为点缀,体现轻奢感。

The packaging design I consider is to start from the attributes of gifts, and through the structural innovation of the packaging form, let the product and consumers form a sense of interaction, which is warmer, fun and interesting. The small accessories presented are also exquisite. The lollipops delivered are actually packaged with a data cable designed to be packaged in the form of sugar, giving the originally cold electronic products a touch of sweetness and temperature.

对于耳机的包装设计,由于是礼品属性,我通过将包装的形态结构化创新,
让产品与消费者形成互动感,从而更温暖、好玩、有趣。
( 赠送的小配件也有考究,配送的棒棒糖实则是经过设计的数据线包装,将原本冰冷的电子产品赋予了一丝甜蜜与温度。)




































For the presentation of the final effect of CMF, it is necessary to consider both the product ID model and the material characteristics, as well as the cost resources. For example, for the same bright surface effect, should we use high-gloss paint, mold polishing, high-gloss decorative film or workpiece polishing? Different products, different materials, different parts, and different costs will all affect the choice.
Based on this, after a period of process proofing test, color spraying test, packaging design, bulk color matching, mass production....... This series of TWS headphones (TO-U, LolliPods, MiniBuds, etc.) finally It has been launched one after another.

对于CMF最后效果的呈现,既要考虑产品ID造型、又要考虑材料特性程,还必须要考虑成本资源。
比如对同一个亮面效果而言,是用高光涂料、模具抛光、高光装饰膜还是工件抛光?
不同产品,不同材质,不同部位,及不同的成本均会影响选择。
基于此,经过一段时间的工艺打样试验、颜色喷涂试验,包装设计、大货对色、批量生产....... 
这一系列的TWS耳机(TO-U、LolliPods、MiniBuds等型号)终于陆陆续续的面市了。
