Our agency has created a digitally based relationship platform for all Brazilian Philips customers. To promote its launch, the client set up a promo in which any customer registering Philips products could win a huge pack of new Philips goods.

 

The challenge was to spread the word about the promo through social CRM. Instead sending tons of e-mails to our database, we've found them at Facebook to promote a cool video about it. That was the first time Philips Brazil did it and the results were great.
