Um amigo um amor é um livro tátil infantil de Elizete Lisboa, ilustrado com o objetivo de incluir crianças cegas ou com baixa visão. O livro foi classificado em 5º lugar pelo 3º Concurso Nacional do Livro Tátil, etapa brasileira do prêmio Typhlo&Tactus. Agora o livro concorre no concurso internacional, sediado na Itália em 2021.
O projeto gráfico foi elaborado com cores vivas e constrastantes, o que facilita a leitura por crianças com baixa visão. As ilustrações foram criadas em alto relevo a partir de formas geométricas simples, de fácil assimilição para leitura com as mãos. Os materiais utilizados para as ilustrações táteis possuem diferentes texturas, com o objetivo de enriquecer a experiência de leitura. Para isso, foram utilizados feltro, E.V.A., tecidos diversos, penas, acetato e bordado à mão.
A fonte utilizada para o texto em tinta é a Atkinson Hyperlegible, 24 pt, desenvolvida pelo Braille Institute, que facilita a legibilidade para pessoas com baixa visão. O texto em braille foi inserido no livro em acetato transparente sobre as folhas impressas em tinta. O livro foi impresso em papel couchê 300g.
Um amigo um amor is a children's tactile book by Elizete Lisboa, illustrated with the aim of including blind or visually impaired children. The book was classified in 5th place by the 3rd National Tactile Book Contest, the Brazilian stage of the Typhlo&Tactus award. Now the book is qualified for the international competition, held in Italy in 2021. The graphic design was elaborated with bright and contrasting colors, which makes reading easier for children with low vision. The illustrations were created in high relief from simple geometric shapes, easy to assimilate for reading with your hands. The materials used for the tactile illustrations have different textures, aiming to enrich the reading experience. For this, felt, E.V.A., fabrics, feathers, acetate and hand embroidery were used. The font used for the ink text is Atkinson Hyperlegible, 24 pt, developed by the Braille Institute, which facilitates legibility for people with low vision. The braille text was inserted into the book on transparent acetate over the ink-printed sheets. The book was printed on 300g coated paper.
