Birds of Peculiar

For the 2nd Bloom Arts Festival, I did these 3 illustrations. These are 13in x 16in, digitally printed on watercolor paper. As always, I used pencils and watercolors first, then added/rearranged stuff digitally on Photoshop.

I wanted to try using new elements for these illustrations so I tried drawing birds. I chose these birds because they all look beautiful and peculiar (which obviously inspired the titles). It was fun drawing them, especially their feathers! I think I'll draw more of these from now on. Hope you like them! :)
