Overview:
Boom For Real is an experimental display font I made from the inspiration of artist Jean-Michel Basquiat’s graffiti style. These letters are hand-drawn and then digitized. Being my first typeface, I wanted it to be a bit playful and stylish.
Tasks:
- Apply the basic rules of font design
- Establish the goals of the font project
- Sketch out your typeface
- Develop font using design software
- Finalize and export a finished font files
This font consists of uppercase characters plus glyphs. I believe this font style will be more prominent and stylish in a classic nostalgic diorama.
