Legendary Graffiti writer Trap IF announces the release of his first zine entitled, Ikonik Figure Volume Zero, and the accompanying release party at If Mom Only Knew in Manhattan this coming Friday, August 16, 2013. The first to be released in a set of four, this zine is full color, offset print, and contains over 40 pages of non-stop realness. Included are over 150 original images of the IF crew from the 1970’s to the present day. Featuring paint from writers JICK, ENUF, SHONE, TRAP, and more. In collaboration with Queens based graphic designer Patrick Sullivan, this production includes photos from the libraries of some of New York’s best writers. A brief narrative has been provided by Trap detailing stories behind select photography and the New York graffiti scene.

Earlier this year, Sullivan released Operation Blackout with infamous street photographer Disco Bryso. Bryso connected Sullivan with Trap when the latter expressed how much he was feeling the Blackout project. Trap also recently launched a clothing line featuring graphics and photos of the Ikonik NYC graff scene.
