Commissioned to provide an illustration for a particular poem to be published within a book of poetry by a man named Tim.  Hey there Tim.

'Mucky Heart'

You've got pictures of you in dresses,
Dresses you would never wear for me,
If you spend your days depressed,
Why are you laughing with everybody.
Your some what left of centre,
Right on time, none of the time,
Foot marks on the sand dunes,
Rolling down the stones.
You've got pins and needles in your feet,
Scratches down each arm,
Driven to giving in,
And sucking sweets through rotting teeth.
You've a mucky heart my love,
A mucky mucky heart.
A mind like a rusty chain,
A mucky mucky heart.
A conscience like a cornered fox,
A mucky mucky heart.
A spirit walking through a mine field,
A mucky mucky heart.

Fineliner drawing, scanned and tweaked and added a wee bit of texture because I'm only a tiny bit useless at photoshop :B
