Waves 2013
Waves is the annual cultural festival of BITS Pilani KK Birla Goa Campus. The theme for Waves 2013 was ‘Hit the Rewind’.It was an ode to all the iconic elements that have defined the past era from movies,tv,music,comics,dance,drama,art and much more.
The poster made for the artists announcement of the festival draws upon the same spirit. The ship signifies the merging of all the musical genres together in the festival.The submarine beneath the water is a take on the Beatles' song ‘The Yellow Submarine’. The inked version of the poster is followed by the various stages in the coloring process of the artwork. It also contains the identtity tags made for the artists playing at the festival.
