One point perspective gets its name from the fact that it utilizes a single vanishing point. It's a representation of three-dimensional objects and space on a two-dimensional surface by means of intersecting lines that are drawn vertically and horizontally.

MEDIUM
I've used Visual Art Diary from Mont Marte which provides 100% acid free paper of 110GSM. A mechanical pencil was used for the basic outline. BIC FINE was used for the contours and hatching.
COMPLEXITIES
It was difficult to place the horizon in a way so that I'd make use of the space to include as much details as possible. Next major challenge was to use the hatching technique wisely inorder to obtain depth to the sketch.

This really helped identifying perspective in drawings and sketches and was a good one for working out the hatching technique.
