How can a brand encourage the social acceptance of sex workers? The aim of my project is to explore the use of appropriate strategies to unveil and show that sex can be an acceptable career choice. More specifically, a dominant sex as work discourse is identified, focusing upon the relative merits and pitfalls of exchanging sex for money to fight the social stigma and instigate a reflection. As the project is based on perception, all the communication will be conveyed through a human, honest and well-being based approach to elevate consciousness of the phenomenon. The Big Brand Idea is strongly related to convey a language that could displace the public attitudes toward sex as work. This could be obtained through honesty and neutrality, presenting the phenomenon for what it is, to encourage the reflection that sex workers are not only sex workers, but people with feelings, relationships and normal activities, to unveil the human side of the profession. Using a language that is neither obscuring nor flaunting, creating a visual language to disorient and push the audience to objectively reflect on the issue without any preconceptions. Read Less
